When an account is placed in this program, a courtesy notice is sent to your customer giving them the opportunity to pay their account or contact our office.

There are no upfront fees or commissions charged on payments received during the demand period. If payment is not received, the account will be automatically assigned to an Account Representative for Direct Action Collections.

The X-Press Demand Program can be customized for each client's individual needs. Clients have the option of placing all accounts into demand, selecting individual accounts, or bypassing the program completely.
