Accounts automatically transfer into standard collections on the 15th day.
The Demand period is calculated 14 days from the date of listing.
DIRECT ACTION RATES
35% on amount collected
- No increases in rate for Skiptracing
- Fees increase to 45% on Legal Accounts, Forwards, and accounts under $25
- Express Collections pays all legal fees
OTHER FEES
Any accounts that are paid before listing, insurance payments, trade-outs, or accounts
turned over in error, will be charged 10% if reported within the first 30 days. Regular
rates apply after 30 days.
Fees may be negotiated based on volume placed for collection.
