- Payments must be received and reported during demand period
- If mail is returned, the account automatically transfers into Direct Action (regular rates apply)
- Minimum balance of $25.00 is required for the Demand Program
Accounts automatically transfer into standard collections on the 15th day.
The Demand period is calculated 14 days from the date of listing.
COMMERCIAL COLLECTION RATES
Contingent Upon Collection:
- under $500 - 35%
- $500 to $2,000 - 33%
- $2,000 to $10,000 - 25%
- $10,000 and above - 20%
Restrictions for commercial collections include:
- Account owing must be a business account and must still be in business
- If legal action is necessary, the fee will increase 10%
- Legal fees may be billed to client (discussed with client prior to action)
