Retail Rates and guidelines
Our quick-action Collection Plan is directed toward reducing your bad debts - at minimum expense! We provide our clients with the fastest, most efficient world-wide collection service available. Our objective is to uphold the integrity, dignity and honor of the Credit Profession in dealing with debtors. Our goal is to do whatever is required to protect the interest of our clients. This is done by using any and all remedies offered by the FDCPA.

COMMERCIAL DIVISION
Commercial Rates and guidelines
Express Collections offers the services of our Commercial Division to help collect on your delinquent business accounts.

EXPRESS Demand Letter Program
Offered with Retail and Commercial programs
Accounts automatically transfer into direct action after 14 days. No account will be accepted for the Free Demand Period only. Program is Absolutely FREE! The Demand Letter Program is calculated 14 days from the date of listing.

IMMEDIATE SERVICE
Some of your delinquent receivables will require immediate collection service and should be placed in Direct Action. Your debtor is notified within 48 hours that we are involved and will be handling this matter until it is resolved.

FORWARDING SERVICE:
In the event it becomes necessary to forward your claim to an out-of-state agency, as your agent and as a convenience to you, we will forward the account to an agency nearest to your debtor.

AFTER AN ACCOUNT IS PLACED FOR COLLECTION:
Payments made direct to our clients:
We should be advised immediately by letter or telephone reporting the following:
  • Debtor's name, trade style, city and state
  • Amount received
  • Name of Bank - branch - city and state
  • Date payment received and date of check
  • If possible provide us with a copy of the check

CORRESPONDENCE RECEIVED BY OUR CLIENTS:
If you receive any correspondence from the debtor, it should be forwarded to Express Collections along with the answers to any questions contained therein. We request that all contact with the debtor be made through our office after the account is placed for collection.

Telephone or personal contact received by our clients:
It is recommended that the debtor be referred to us at all times. The pressure of payment is being experienced and our position should not be weakened at that point.
